Really pleasant place to ramble. In this setting the sculptures work and provide magic. The cafe/restaurant is pretty good but a picnic amongst the walks would be a good choice.
If you are in the area, pass by. Has some cool sculptures and contemporary art pieces. In some places, the setting gave me the creeps though. Just don't go on a hot day.
Amazing sculpture garden, cannot believe that a place like this exists in Melbourne. Highly recommend immersing yourself in this park.
They have just moved Rex which is the Rams head on the eastern freeway into this garden.
Love taking the family to the gallery. It's such a great place.. And has heaps of pokestops
Gem of a place and it's free to visit! I look forward to the new exhibits every year. Can be enjoyed in so many ways and by all ages. The outdoor sculptures stimulate the mind and the surrounding native flora and fauna add extra special interest.
Nice and interesting art gallery. Lovely staff.
Cafe has nice setting, great friendly service. Food bit average (flavour quite bland) for the price though.
Still recommend for a visit though
Great for walks and picnics and viewing sculptures art. Natural bush gardens and lake and excellent cafe on hand. Good for families.
The food at the Cafe has become unrealistic, they got rid of scones and jam?????????
The front outdoor gallery has been closed for years now and there are only so many times you can see the back section.
This used to be one of my favourite places to visit and have lunch.
However the changes of late have stopped my attendance.
A great walk around on a nice day! Didn't really see much signage as to which direction to go so I may have missed a few sculptures. The cafe was a bit expensive!
Food was great but service was lacking. Considering it was quiet when I walked in and took 15mins to get a menu and water. The park itself is amazing and worth checking out!
Very quiet peaceful park to wander around and admire the sculptures. Excellent cafe as well.
Lovely place to meet for coffee or lunch in any weather. Wander thru the Gallery if its cold or wet or go for a bush walk in fine weather to search out the outdoor sculptures or stroll round the duck pond. Great for small children to run off some extra energy. Fairly pram friendly but walking tracks not sealed.
