As the owner of a retail upholstery and interior decorating business, my staff and I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Marco Fabrics team. Both front end service as well as customer support has been second to none.

I went in to source some fabrics and was extremely put off by how condescending the woman at reception was which caused me to exit very rapidly. It seems that they judge their clientele very superficially and favoured a white middle aged woman over myself and my colleagues. There's plenty of other up market fabric stores in Melbourne which offer great fabrics without the belittling attitude.
