My experience was really nice. We have just moved to Sydney and I was looking a gp for myself. Based on google reviews we decided to go for infinity health and I didn’t regret it. Shelly is really friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and my appointment with Dr Angelica went well too.

Infinity is so lucky to have Shelly as a receptionist person. I feel so welcome to this friendly medical centre. The Infinity medical centre is one of the most beautiful & clean place I ever seen in any others medical centre that I have had visited. I was so lucky to have my physio treatment with Mr Andrew Huynh. I would recommended to anyone who need a highly professional Physiotherapists. If you live in Zetland near Green Square place & need a professional Physiotherapists, I think you should consider to make an appointment to see Mr Andrew Huynh before you see anyone else. You won't be disappointed with the services of this medical centre offers you. Thank you Shelly for your help on the bookings & paperwork & make me feel so welcome. Thank you Andrew for the treatment of my painful knees, legs & feets. I wish I could give you both millions of stars instead of five.

I visited this medical center for the first time today, as they had earlier availability for my 2nd Pfizer Vaccine. The medical center was clean & orderly. The Receptionist was extremely friendly & personable - I was highly impressed; most medical receptionists I’ve experienced can lack some enthusiasm…The nurse who administered the vaccine was also friendly & it was over in a matter of seconds; barely felt it! Highly recommend.

Just having a COVID vaccine, I cannot believe they put me into VIP room and the senior doctor came to check on me. Before the injection, they checked again. After the vaccine, they checked again. No waiting time. Everything is computerised. Friendly team. Friendly doctors. Super modern and the cleanest medical centre I have ever seen in Sydney. My 3 yrs old son loves them. What else do you need to get the best for your health? Go with the best. Go infinity! Thanks guys!!

Great (covid safe) service! Super polite, good and efficient staff. I came in for a referral and a vaccine and was very well taken care of.

Great customer service from both Hayleys on reception team on first visit, checked blood pressure and more. Doctor Vandeleur was pleasant, on point and prescient with his diagnosis, which a blood test done quickly on site, showed in the results explored in our phone consult few days later, which was all emailed & prescription. Very accomodating and flexible and close to our office. Highly Recommended!

I had an appointment for a physiotherapy session in the morning. Woke up feeling quite unwell. And since I’m a health care worker who works in hospital, I rang them to let them know that I won’t be visiting the centre being sick. The first thing I’m told is that our cancellation policy is $65 !!! Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. In a middle of pandemic that I’m not even allowed to go to work with even having the most minor cold-like symptoms, this so “Medical” centre is concerned about the money!!! What planet are these people living in?? Instead of stopping people to visit their centre when being sick, their first thought is $65 cancellation! Will not ever step foot in this centre again. Unprofessional, unethical, greedy are best to describe them!! Absolutely ridiculous. And I’m going to report them to NSW health for their abusive behavior.

Amazing service! The female doctor I saw was professional and attentive. She listened thoroughly to my symptoms I was describing and assisted me with the best solution.
I’ve been to Multiple doctors where I’ve been miss diagnosed with the wrong symptoms five times and been given the wrong medication three times. After visiting this clinic I knew I was in safe hands as the doctor took x-rays, ultrasound, blood tests and swap test.
If you want to be in safe hands I highly recommend visiting this clinic as these practitioners know what they’re doing and actually provide you with the best care.response / report this review -

I've never done a phone consultation before, I was a little nervous and didn't know how it would go, however the nurses and Dr. James made it so easy. They assisted me with everything that I needed and emailed all the documents I needed right after the phone call. Would highly recommend as they work quickly and they have immaculate service.

Visited and found the comments from others were absolutely true that, the staff at counter was very helpful and patient to guide you through with details. Dr. James was so nice and friendly, diagnosed all along with conversation to let to feel comfortably well. My best experience with a local GP, highly recommended!!!

Usually I avoid going to a GP because of bad experiences in the past, but I had such a great experience with James, genuine, caring and friendly GP. Probably the best experience I had with a GP and on top of that, the staffs in the desk were so helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended

Dr James is sooooooo thoughtful and kind and experienced. Reception ladies are very patient and friendly. You might not get everything covered but it’s absolutely worth it.
