Happy with our stay here! Pools were really nice, staff were great and helpful.

No free WiFi unfortunately, which should probably be standard these days.

Clean room, simple amenities, no frills. Excellent location for easy access to everything.

Great rooms and pools. They charge for WiFi and didn't include service even though we stayed 7 nights. This is why I gave 3 stars. Otherwise it was great!

Very noisy machinery next door that runs 24/7. Most uncomfortable deck chairs i have ever sat on. But no other complaints. Friendly staff.

Centralright near the shops and walking distance to the beach. Its clean and, well manicured gardens and has 4 great poolsthough they are deep. There is a ledge but toddlers wouldnt be able to wade in them freely.

The room we stayed in was large and bright enough to do a jigsaw in. We liked the balcony with spa. There are no sea views but instead we looked over the pool and tropical palm tree gardens. The large rooms could do with a refresh but all is forgiven for the fabulous location. The bed and pillows were really good and we slept well. The kitchen for self catering was well equipped.

Stayed here three nights on a couples holiday, LOVE the spa on each balcony and 4 pools in the complex! Wonderfully quiet & relaxed atmosphere. Conveniently close to food, shopping, the beach & the marina. The male concierge recommended some dining options, all of which were fabulous. He made our stay very pleasant with such a warm welcome & introduction to Port Douglas.

Location just perfect for port douglas. Rooms are big, but they could be cleaner and are a bit outdated. Free WiFi for only two hours!

Swim out pool room with spa on balcony.. Fantastic to go straight from room to pool. Pool area has BBQ. Spa bath on balcony aswell. Room is nice with microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery. Room is not serviced daily and towels cost $1 each to swap out. Some maintenance to property is needed.

Great choice of 4 pools. Very clean and moderm rooms. Spa on the deck and pram/disability friendly with a lift. Friendly staff who are very proud of where they work, which showed through the cleanliness of the whole resort. Even the garage in the basement was spotless! Great spot just behind the main street and around the corner from great cafés and restaurants. Supermarket is very close too.
