Now I know why they have such a high review after I went to SILK clinic in perth city. The staff in youth lab are treat you as a individual case and the doctor and nurse there I got in touched with is Kate and Shannon. They listen to your requirements and try to understand you as what you want yourself to be. Not just give you injections as many as possible to make money. Even I had outcome that I am not 100% satisfied but they follow your requirements, understand your needs to fix it as you wanted. If you want a natural outcome this clinic is Highly recommended.

Reply to Kate: thank you for your reply! Actually I was really unhappy when my appointment which I have been waiting for a month got canceled in the morning of that day. And they give me another appointment which is another month later. I can’t accept that. That’s why I chooses to go to SILK. But the result is really not I wanted with Silk. I just hope this last minute cancellation would not happen again. I will be really sad😢See you next time:)

Hands down the best clinic in Perth. Dr Kate is an absolute gem and really listens to what you want. Her professionalism shines through with her attention to detail along with her warm manner, which leaves you feeling comfortable and assured throughout the process. I have been to other clinics where I was not treated the same, and the outcome was also not at all what I wanted or asked for.
I will continue to recommend the Youth lab to friends and clients. Wouldn’t trust my skin and face with anyone else.

I have had a few different treatments at Youth Lab over the past year and would highly recommend them. Warm, caring and professional staff, and I look forward to each appointment. Feel comfortable and welcome whenever I visit. Charmaine is skilled and is always friendly, reassuring and explains all treatments fully. Great results and positive experience.
