Staff are lovely and always ready to help or offer advice. Great range of products for every type of animal. Affordable. Really just a great place to visit with or without your little furry friend.

Every time that I go here there are never any dogs or cats available to purchase. It is quite strange, considering it is a pet store. They always have snakes, lizards and fish; I don't understand why they don't have other animals.

This would have to be the best pet store in Mackay. Great selection of critters & supplies. Staff are friendly and helpful. The whole family loves coming here and we always stay longer than needed as we get caught up in what the store has to offer and trying to pat the hand reared birds!
