I guess I am old school. Good experience, but I find cinema and food prices here outrageously high. Queues not good. Online experience not streamlined enough. A rip-off means I only see very few movies rather than movie going being the regular experience of past.

Honestly my favourite cinema, a little pricey on the snacks but there are some great deals if you are a student or a cinebuzz rewards memeber.

Decent cinema. Audio quality is a bit lacking, especially in the smaller theatres, compared to newer cinemas. Cleanliness is typically good. Service can be slow.

Not really much cinemas in town so we're stuck with this. They offer good service though, fast and easy ticket bookings and great offers.

Movie good but oh those disgusting toilets. Some out of order and other just filthy. Admittedly it is school holidays but don"t you have regular cleaning schedules.

Multiple cinemas with a vety large carpark - for mackay at least. Staff seem to work hard to keep it clean and more importantly, they are willing to throw out the riff raff when they play up. Picture and sound quality i like also.
