  Finally got my Solar sorted out with Lumax, after weeks of deliberation and trying to understand what I would benefit most from given my Electricity bill.
  
  From the first point of contact they were listening to me and ensuring my needs were met, they didn't try to force me into anything i didn't want.
  
  I made an appointment with the advisor Mark who answered all of my 1 million questions and explained everything in a way someone who isn't a solar technician can understand.
  
  The installation was also very easy, I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process by Lucy who was super polite and helpful.
  
  5* service and I will 100% be recommending to my friends when they ask me how my electricity bill is so low.

  After doing my research and dealing with several unconvincing high-pressure salespeople it was a relief to find professional and courteous advice and real consultation that was easy to understand and based on what was best for me.

  Our install has just been completed and I could not be happier .Thank you Leon you and your team were a pleasure to deal with and I am happy to report lumax solar still believes in old fashioned customer service .we received constant updates and an an on time completion I am happy to recommend this company .

  5 years ago I had installed a 5kw system ($10k) from Lumax Solar Cairns with the promise of massive savings - perhaps even a credit instead of a bill! However the bills are still $600 per quarter. I have contacted them and they cannot help. Friends had a system installed from Hush energy and do not get bills any more - Try HUSH ENERGY not Lumax.

  Incorrect. I contacted your 18 months ago with similar complaints. Separately, I also contacted you after the invertor catastrophically malfunctioned (and was replaced free).
  
  "Your power bill probably is higher than your friends because you use more power in your home than them not because the system has any issues"
  
  Considering my friend's power bill (with the HUSH system) is zero (so they claim) and mine is $600 / quarter(with the Lumax system - 5 years old), considering I've stopped using the oven and dishwasher, then I must be doing a huge amount wrong - which I dispute.
  
  "We even offered to come out at check over the system"
  
  You forgot to mention that you will come round for a $70 fee (if no fault is found) But even with the threatened fee, I was strongly in favour of this happening. But your hostility would suggest the fault finding would not be approached with an open and honest mind. One wonders how I shall be treated should any further problems arise.
  
  Do you really believe that is is reasonable to reply to my concerns like this?
