  An amazing caring, professional and warm clinic. I had such a fabulous experience having surgery with Dr Konrat and ongoing treatments with Nurse Molly. I highly recommend Nurse Molly to all my friends, her extensive qualifications and years of experience make her the best in the field.

  Great team and great work. I would recommend them to anyone. From the reception through to the doctor, all the staff is friendly and caring. Had surgery a few years ago at another place where I didn't get any results after the surgery but Dr Konrat and the team fixed it so well and I feel awesome. My self esteem was given a huge boost after seeing the results of the surgery. I felt like I was in good hands and I was taken care of from the first time I went to the clinic up until after the surgery.

  For care, consideration and a great patient journey, this clinic tops the list. I had surgery and skin treatment, a few years apart. I'll be going back there next time I need treatment. Both Dr Konrat and Nurse Molly kept me fully informed about what to expect, shepherded me through the process, and made sure the after-care was first-rate. And the results were better than I'd hoped for in both cases. Thanks, Brisbane Cosmetic Clinic! Love your work!

  I am writing this review anonymously. I would avoid this place at all costs. I recently had a procedure here and to say it was awful experience would be an understatement. The results of the surgery are worse than what I started with originally, it looks terrible. During the day of my surgery, I was insulted and made fun of by the staff. The follow-up appointments were equally horrific and were generally very rushed, rough and painful. I received essentially zero patience care or attention. Since my initial consultation, not one person has shown me even an ounce of kindness or professionalism and I am stuck with results that look shockingly bad. The staff do very little by way of patient care and are obviously only interested in profiting off the low self-esteem of their patients. Not only am I devastated with the results, the unkind words that were spoken to me and the unprofessional behavior displayed during my surgery will haunt me for life. From a devastated patient.

  All staff are professional and informative. I felt comfortable at all times during my consultation with Dr. Konrat. I was thoroughly explained from start to finish what to expect during and post surgery. I highly recommend this team
