They never answer phone calls, emails, make up excuses when you eventually get onto them yourself. Quality of apartment consturction is poor, not luxurious, cheap handles/switches/cornering/paint finishes are a joke. Bolts arent done up. 8 months into problems and still havent rectified all issues. These guys should be shut down, what a joke

Absolutely the worst company every! Did not deliver on their promise, was always late and never communicates with you. Multiple calls with voice messages and emails do not get answered, at least not within 3 months! Shocking, absolutely shocking!

This is the worse company to liase with. contractal agreement of 6 percent yield but always had to jump through hoops to get it. not an easy company to work with. You have been warned!

As Office Manager at Blind Brothers, I deal with Metro Property Development on a daily basis. We have worked with them on several projects over the last few years and have found their company to be extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. With their very high quality apartments being great value for money, it is easy to see how they got to be one of the leading developers in Australia. I previously worked as a supplier to the Metro Development team and you always hope to work with a great group of people like this who are accessible and respectful to their suppliers. My former colleagues are still doing work with them on their current projects and love working with Metro.
