No towels in room, complimentary fingernail on bedside table, cobwebs with dead bugs, mold, rubbish under bed, rude owner who tried to take the key before check out beer garden is a joke!!

The locations was probably the best part and that wasn't great. The room was very basic and in desperate need of cleaning. There were cobwebs, splash marks on the mirrors, mould on most of the front wall. The service was terrible, they changed their policy after we booked including our prior booking without any notification. Do not recommend at all.

Nice, clean and a tidy place. We checked-in in the evening and no problems arranging for a crib for our toddler, without any extra charge.

Ideal location but it stops there. Room not very clean, bed very uncomfortable, lack of proper bedding makes for a very cold nights sleep.When discussed with staff, I was ignored. Place needs new plumbing, very noisy. I booked for 3 nights left after 2. It's advertised as having Free WiFi, you are only allocated 500MB. Not recommended!

Asked for a twin room with 2 beds - as a 66 year old didn't expect to have to sleep on a sofa bed. Also not enough extra blankets - the only spare was used on the sofa bed and companion in double bed had to resort to using the bath towells.

We stayed two nights. Room was clean. There was not a lot to do at hotel but perfect if you just want a comfortable place to sleep and explore the area most of the day.

Very good location close to Food work supermarket, shops and restaurants, Service was lovely and nicely appointed rooms. Situated beside the Lorne beach site also quiet location. only 500m walk to the beach allow beautiful riverside footpath. cheapest motel price in Lorne.

Been there 3 times over the last 4 years. Great service and very reasonable price. Current manager very pleasant and helpful. Will go again in late March.

Service was lovely and nicely appointed rooms. Situated beside the lorne caravan park so depending on the day and time of season will depend on noise. The other patrons were respectful and was quiet on my stay. Beds less than desirable though, very hard and lack of blankets which was difficult on a cold night.
