  Recently the glass in the door of my Lopi 'Answer ' developed a crack. I have had 7 winters out of this unit to date and I am not happy that this has happened now. My previous fireplace went for over 20 years without the glass breaking. My Lopi dealer dismissed my complaints saying that this was not a big deal and I should not complain. He has quoted me over $300 to replace the glass with a take it or leave it attitude. He added that he did not 'like' fixing this particular problem and if I was unhappy with his price then he would sell me the parts and I couldn't repair it myself !! I declined and he is now carrying out the repair at the qouted price. In 2012 I payed over $3000 for this unit. Fixing a glass panel into a woodburner door is not rocket science and Lopi has done a poor job in this instance. I will think twice before I purchase a Lopi in the future.
  Since my initial review I have been contacted by George from the dealership and he has been most helpfull. We were able to come to an agreement with the result that the door is fixed and my woodburner is now working perfectly again. Very pleased with the result.

  Had some issues with the heater liner and faced some issues when trying to get it replaced from the heating company i purchased it from. Thankfully the support team at Lopi got involved and offered a suitable solution.

  Thank you to Lopi Fireplaces Bella Vista.
  We have renovated our home and Chris from Lopi, convinced us in replacing an existing old fireplace. We have a total of three units and each unique to the room they are in.
  We are extremely happy and always receive a WOW from all visitors to our home.
  Thank you Chris and Lopi and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Just installed a Lopi Republic 1250 into a Victorian Period fireplace. Wow, amazing quality and the heating capability is fantastic. Highly recommend Lopi Republic products.
