Having been let down by a local store who returned my bike with the fork in worse condition than in went in, I sent the fork up for repair and upgrade. Super fast, they called to advise what needed done, and after today's ride better than when I bought the bike Thanks, (Trance)

Carpark is somewhat small, although the efficient postal service more than makes up for that. Still the same well run, knowledgeable suspension service, fast turnaround and in all cases work hard to get the best result no matter the budget. They'll service suspension of varying ages, and will tell you upfront if there are likely to be any issues.

Staff seemed very knowledgeable. They where upfront with what they thought might need to be fixed on the bike and transparent about price. Repair was as quoted. Very happy.
