Sales: Atul
What a guy. Full of honesty, warmth and transparency. I shopped around all major builders and just felt like the builders are doing a favor to build for me. Whereas with long island homes Atul made me feel like family. Every small detail was discussed. Things that i didnt know about building a house and how other builders generally cut corners. I am still in touch with atul and will definetly continue this relationship !! Unlike other builders and their consultants Atul kept in touch with me throughout my build checking on the status of my build and keeping me calm and happy :)

Shes so amazing and helpful. Always understands my issues and showed concern when i was anxious at every stage. I was probably one of the top painful clients but Danae handled it very professionally and always tried to address all my concerns. She has also been very accomodating and always on top of things for me. I felt really special working with her ! My next house im definitely going with LIH and I would want Danae anyday as my client contact.
Site manager: ryan and con
Ryan is so good. Knows every details top of his fingertips. Also a very nice guy always attended to my issues and every time i met him i learned something new about construction !! He was replaced by con midway which i was bit skeptical. But i got lucky and con is a legend. Very hardworking and always helpful. The next time im building with LIH i would want con as my site supervisor without doubt. Very accomodating reachable and always ready to attend to my issues.
LIH management:
I appreciated how accomodating the management was. I wont share the details as nobody should follow what things i did haha. But i really think the managemnet has been very supportive and always did above and beyond for me. When certain things went out of stock or if certain things werent done correctly i was very well attended to. Happy with everything. You guys are doing great. What a wonderful journey !!! These guys are best. Danae was my client manager, she taken care everything from day one to keys handover. Cooperative, fair recommendations, very helpful during the conservations with management, frequent updates, we had many changes from the initial plan and she made the journey hassle free. 10 out of 10, any small problem, I would simply say Danae, can you help me ? She would sort it for us. Now coming back to construction manager, Mitch. Wonderful person to deal with and never comprise on quality, he sticks to his timelines, prompt response, very helpful , gives solution to any problem , top quality work.
Big thanks to Sue cullen and rod Anderson who helped us to sign the contract smoothly. Best team. Will recommend Long island homes to friends.response / report this review -

We are so lucky to engage with Long Island homes as they delivered our beautiful house by making our dream come true. Our special thanks to Danae and Mitch as they have travelled with us in lot of tough times and made sure we are well aware of the status of construction. Thank you Mitch and Danae for all the support and looking forward for more ventures in the near future.

I am not only extremely happy with my lovely home, but also happy with the whole process throughout the building with Long Island Homes. This is my first home and my forever dream home. I can't thank the Karen, Danae and Robbie who I dealt with enough, from start to finish for helping me through the whole process. As a disabled veteran it was very overwhelming experience for me. They were patient, kind and very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
I am glad to have picked Long Island Homes to build my home and I Highly recommend them.response / report this review -

Can someone from LIH response to my email regarding a soil test. LIH took our deposit for knock down rebuild have not done a soil test and now don't want to response.
My experience.Expect to pay 150k extra on their base price and mins 50k extra on their quote price. Free site cost is a lie.response / report this review -

I found the staff particularly Danae, at Long Island Homes fabulous to deal with, I was kept in the loop at all times and must say that after building with other builders in the past, this was by far the easiest build I have experienced

We just moved into our new house built by LIH. They were able to build it within the time frame and the house looks great. Our site supervisor Steve was fantastic and very helpful. Girls in the office were also very helpful. Was always easy to contact them and communicate. Great team and a big thank to LIH.

On the whole the build went very smoothly. I would recommend doing regular site visits, the few issues we identified were rectified very quickly, but if you don't see them then they may be missed. Final costs were slightly above estimate, due to one change from us and one from the builder (a drain). Overall very happy.

We are very happy and pleased with not only the result of our house, but also throughout the whole process of building with Long Island Homes. From start to finish, we were helped by different staffs, all are cheerful, professional and very informative. We would like to express our thanks to Aidan Courtney, Kim Wilson, Monique Bungard, Michelle Ford, and the Long Island Homes team as a whole, who have given us a lot of support at the head office level. Each and every one was extremely helpful, caring and very prompt on responding to our enquiries and needs. Their customer service skills are truly exceptional.
We would like to also express our special thanks and gratitude to our site manager, Ryan Vella. Ryan was pleasant to deal with at all times. Besides being very cheerful and charming himself, Ryan is highly knowledgeable and very responsible person professionally. He answered all our questions patiently, and very thorough in explaining them. Ryan always got back to us with the best solutions for all our extra requests. Progress inspections and handover were very detailed and we were guided through everything in the best professionally possible ways. Most appreciate, Ryan has gone extra miles, and beyond his responsibilities to make sure we were satisfied with the works.
Our house was handover on time, and turns out amazing. We are so happy with the quality of every corner and OMG, its look! We have had many compliments from our private inspector, our friends, landscaper, basically everyone who has come to visit.
We would definitely recommend building with Long Island Homes. It is fun, it is high quality, and customer service is incomparable. Thanks guys!response / report this review
