We had artificial lawn installed and our brand new concrete path and driveway was damaged in several places. They were very unprofessional and didn't seem to care. I spoke to the company several times about the issue and someone was suppose to contact me to discuss how it was going to be fixed and to discuss the massive amount of damage that was done. I never heard anything. Then I noticed that someone had come on to our property without permission and attempted to patch up some of the damage. I am very disappointed with the out come of the job and disgusted that no one spoke to me or my partner first before going ahead with trying to fix the problem without notifying us first. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

AOL were so easy to work with. From the consultant who gave the quote and organised works, to the team who did the installation. We really felt they all went the extra mile to ensure a great end result.
We absolutely love our backyard now and the whole family uses it so much more. I really wish we had done this years ago!
It’s a lovely outlook now and the low maintenance means it looks good all the time.

We wanted a swimming pool, AOL came out at the arranged time, the salesman Steve was very professional, experienced and knew his product back to front. All costs were upfront and transparent. The operations manager Bill, was excellent and he also knew his product and processes. Both came back again together to ensure all was going to work as planned.
The drawings were completed, and all as discussed. Unfortunately I had to cancel for as I have a medical issue to get passed which has a long recovery. I contacted AOL, let them know of my circumstances and the cancellation for now of the swimming pool. There still are very kind and reputable companies in South Australia that understand and AOL is ONE of them. AOL returned my full deposit without any conditions after AOL spent many hours and exhausted many resources for my project.

I would like to extend a big thank you to all that were involved at AOL, and have helped me out at the time I need it most. Highly recommended company, with a heart ! thank you again AOL.
Will definitely engage AOL again when I can get passed my medical issue.

Recently had a couple of roller shutters from Australian Outdoor Living installed at our two story property. We found the service to be very professional and are very happy with the quality and performance of the product. The installation team were very good dealing with a sloped two storey install with ease (see images). Thanks Mike, Tim and Mark for the great service.

I have installed five units of roller shutters. I had to look few options and compared with prices and qualities. I am happy with material and workmanship by Australian Outdoor. Their starting price is quite high which gives them lots of room to negotiate with the customers. I had few other quotes much cheaper than AOL, but went to them for better service afterwards and also thicker (10mm in Flat) materials which will be good for insulation.
