I am disgusted with Loddon Council, you collected registration of Pyramid Hill breeder Dean Peace and family without once checking they where follow the guidelines regarding Animal health. The Peace's dogs where found in the worst case of cruelty of a puppy farm in Victoria's history. If any council has puppy farms within its shire they have a duty of care to make sure these farms are run with the health and care of all animals.
