Love the friendliness and expertise of the staff together with the availability of morden facilities and the location of the gym-after a high intensity workout one can go to the habour side to enjoy the beautiful scenery while cooling down 😊👍💖

Often busy, not cheap, but cool old building and nice staff.

Modern gym with less boof heads per square metre. Great location, though parking isn't cheap at either of their locations.

As a visitor from Sydney, I can only compare this to my local gym experience. Firstly, there is no air conditioning because the site is heritage listed. This can be good or bad. I think sweating can be very motivating! There is a good selection of equipment, but it's sardine-canned in, creating a few hazards. The stretch area is brilliant- full of resources, showing that they do take patron health seriously.

Their main selling point, the social aspect, I found to be absent. In three visits I saw one trainer. My local trainers are always in the gym, looking out for patrons who might be struggling with form, and there is a leaderboard for the WOD. I think more could be done in this area. I will go back, but only as a visitor, not a regular.
