Great little place to stop over on your way to the Great Ocean Road, and there's a great little pizza place nearby and lighthouse to check out.

Firstly the location is great!Aireys Inlet is just a short drive from Anglesea and a 20 minutes drive to Lorne.The motel is a short walk from the beautiful Split Point Lighthouse.Its also a short walk from the main shops where you can get your coffee fix,fish n chips,theres a bakery and a general store as well.
Now the motel room itself is basic.Basic furniture basic tapware basic kettle and microwave and fridge.Nothing fancy.Coffee tea sugar and shortbread cookies in room upon arrival.But no milk!you have to ask for milk.Toiletries provided are soap,conditioner and shampoo.No toothpaste and toothbrush.
The bed is spacious and comfortable.The toilet makes so much noice after you flush it.You can even hear the next room toilet getting flushed.It is a bit of a pain in the neck when you are in deep sleep only to be woken up by a noisy toilet.
Our first night we were unable to get any tv stations to work.Signals kept going out and there is nothing you can do about it.However the second night was much better.Most of the tv stations were working fine.
There is a pool in the hotel however full of bugs on some parts.Free bbq is also provided.
This motel is do able for max 2 nights.The location is a big plus and the bed is comfy.If you can put up with the basic amenities and the toilet then youd be right.

Room average but good for an overnight .Barbecue area could be improved. Great location walking distance to beach and restaurant.

Place is dated. Electrical socket for TV didn't work. No view of the ocean. Plenty of dead insects in the ceiling lamps and the window nets. Air conditioner was a new unit, but leaked water when I first started it. Lovely front desk staff though.

Rooms are ok, they are functional a little out of date. Pool looked nice didn't get a chance to use it. Its in a great location easy walk to beach shops and restaurants and cafes.
