I would like to say thank you so much for the installation of our awnings. They look fantastic and really enhance the house. The installation crew were very professional, thorough and courteous. They sought out my preference as to angle of the awnings before fitting and cleaned up any debris on completion.

Additionally with this order the reception, sales and quote and measure staff were also equally proffessional. The measure and quote guy made sure he understood my requirements and recorded all details professionally.

The staff at Lakeview Blinds Warners Bay, were very helpfull to me in my selection of fabric and awnings. The installers were fantasic in their workmanship.The result is Excellent, looks great, cooler inside, and very Happy with the Awnings. I must add I had a terrific morning talking to the guys while they were installing.

When purchasing products I always look for the "3 p's". These being Professionalism, Price and Product.. Lakeview Blinds Awnings and Shutters from Warners Bay complied with all 3. PRICE was what I had expected (actually a little less). PROFESSIONALISM of staff from office to the installation was great. All enquiries from me were met promptly and politely. Finally the PRODUCT. Nothing else I can say, other than I love the colour and love the awning blinds.

Our recent install was not what we requested, and they failed the brief, considering we have 2 off exactly the same in the house, we sent email and to date we have had no acknowledgement or response now being 9 days overdue. All contact has been made by us and looks like we have wasted our money and may need to rectify this ourselves. We were told these were made in the factory pfft we were told the container was due to arrive in Australia 🇦🇺, we should of gone to Iseekblinds for amazing quality and exceptional service as used in previous properties, this has been an expensive lesson

The salesperson, Adrienne, was lovely. Everything after that was terrible. The initial measure wasn't done when they said it would be, took over two weeks and some calls. Then after I had had a yell at them about the delay, the materials needed for my blind weren't ordered so there was ANOTHER weeks delay while we waited for that mess to be fixed. I have been pretty unimpressed with the running of the office and the administration generally in regards to my order. Wouldn't recommend.

November 2016. Fraudulent dealings: On 4th October Darren came out, measured and quoted. We verbally agreed on one particular blind that it have a left and a right wand with a centre bunch, but with single tilt action, not a separate track. This was verified on at least 4 different occasions. Now, 28th November, Mel the Manager says they cannot do this, it could only be separate tracks with separate tilts. The company will not refund our deposit or apply this deposit to another item we are purchasing from them, and refuses to acknowledge this was the requested requirement for our new home. Fraudulent action, many lies told to cover the fact they could never supply what the customer wanted. A waste of time, and a heartache of an experience. Lakeview Blinds and Awnings NOT recommended.

NOT RECOMMENDED.

Terrible service. Shopping local/locally made products is not worth the hassle of these idiots.

The man that came to measure & quote was extremely rude and seemed pissed off to have to do his job. We were told the blinds would be installed within 4 weeks of the quote, 6.5 weeks later we finally got our blinds installed. Communicating with these people is ridiculous; asking about installation (after the 4 weeks we were told we'd have to wait) was met with confusion (even after spelling the surname and giving the quote number and date of quote) and no real answer as to when they'd be ready. And then we received a 10 min warning before they arrived only because the installer couldn't find our street.
Absolute joke of a company. Customer service is a foreign word to them, I guess.

Would not recommend Lakeview Blinds Warners Bay; quality of product is adequate, but nothing special (I'm sure anywhere else would've done just as good a job) and if they didn't have a discount running we would never have bothered with them after meeting the a$$h*le they employed to measure our windows.

10 weeks to make one blind!
Poor communication with inquiries taking over a week for someone in the office to have any information.
Not recommended.
