Extremely overpriced.
The apprentice who did my foils did a very poor job.
They did not offer a discount despite having my hair done by an obviously inexperienced apprentice.
Pick up your game La Bimbi.
My regular. I just love the personal touch and great service
Renee and the girls at La Bimbi definitely know what they're doing. Such a caring and thoughtful team. Thank you!
Friendly and professional staff. I had a great experience at La Bimbi Belconnen. Emily is a brilliant hairdresser/colourist and she saved my hair! I had a packet hair dye disaster at home, and I thought my hair was ruined but she fixed my hair and gave me back my natural ombre look and now my hair is healthier than what is was before. The overall experience was lovely and it's nice to see people that love their job.
Came in once and really enjoyed the experience and the cut/colour. Went back a few days ago with natural-looking copper hair and needing my roots done. Left with PATCHY dark, maroon hair. The front, back and my fringe were all different colours. Called the salon, told them the situation and they agreed to fix it for free, swearing that it will eventually fade out to my original copper color. Have just washed my hair once to find that the front is, once again dark red. The back is plain brown. This is honestly, THE MOST AWFUL dye job I have ever received.
I find that a good hairdresser is hard to find and since moving to Canberra I have unfortunately had to go through a few before I found one I really like ie. gives me a good cut, listens, asks questions (is genuinely interested) and is pleasant. My original visit to La Bimbi left me disappointed, however, I decided to give them a second chance and have found Sara who gives me a great cut. Being very fussy I am hard to please but I am happy to say I'll be returning. Of course the massage before you get your cut and the obligatory head massage when get your hair washed and conditioned goes a long way. Love it!
