Like others have said I think we picked the worst place in kuranda definitely not focussing on repeat custom and taking advantage of the revolving tourist trade that pass through whilst visiting. was overpriced and poor quality. $18.95 for a below average steak salad, which was tough and full of fat. Got asked if I wanted gravy with my pie and figured it was standard to find out it was extra cost. I'm not one to complain but felt compelled as this left a bitter taste in the family's mouth after visiting kuranda. can't believe this place is still open, don't waste your time or your money. and seriously rainforest view .. it's just somebody's back garden 😂!

Better off getting fast food somewhere else. Chicken was dry with hardly any mushroom sauce, my salad was a little bit of lettuce with onion on it! Hubby had a burger with the patty to small that didn't even fit in the roll and the tomato relish had no flavour.
I asked for a can of coke I was brought a glass when I asked where was the rest of my can I was told that they don't sell by the can only glass and the rest of the can they pore into another order! My glass of coke was warm and flat!!
I wouldn't recommend this place we weren't even asked if we enjoyed our meal.response / report this review -

Service was good food was average. The burger was okay but nothing to write home about. When I complained about the lasagne which tasted like it had chlorine mixed through it I was dismissed and told that it was my taste rather than their bad recipe! Would not recommend.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The food was very dry and for the quality definitely over priced. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

I can't believe this place is still open. I do not complain about food but felt compelled to write a review after dining here. Food was terrible. The most simple things to cook were still terrible. After we complained to hostess, she just said she'd tell the manager and continued on to charge me $150 (for 6 lunches). I was disgusted. Not one of us enjoyed our meal. Goes to show how much the owners care when I have just read years of bad reviews and they still have not changed. Rip off all the tourists who they know they will not have to see again. This has got to be the only way they still exist. Strongly suggest you go elsewhere

Food took a while to come out. The crocodile meat tasted fishy, the roo meat tasted bloody, and the steak was tough although we ordered medium rare. The mushroom sauce also tasted funny. We were in a rush and it was the first place we saw, but I'm definitely regretting it.

Best crocodile fillet I have ever tasted. Lovely to have it properly cooked! Thanks to the chef for a memorable meal!

Food was ok, but wasn't made to what was advertised. Caramelised onion is not just slices of red onion. Air-conditioning was advertised, but you are seated in the open dining area. Bugs and flies were a constant annoyance.

Not sure what people are talking about. service was prompt and attentive. The food was tasty. Portions were reasonable. Aircon wasn't needed so it wasn't on. Keep up the good work.
