Nice space to camp, it's not a resort it's a camp site where a backpackers and families come to. The amenities could be cleaner and attended to on a regular basis. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We were camping with a tent (and car) and we were put in the camping area. The camp ground was dry mud. The camp area was right next to where the permanent residents lived in caravans Didn't feel like we were in the rainforest at all. The cooking area and toliets were reasonably clean but the facilities were very old.
The area where the caravans went looked better.
Compared to other camp sites we stayed (on this and other trips ) I wouldn't recommend this one if you are camping with a tent .response / report this review -

Had booked in with Jeff (who was lovely over the phone!) to come & stay & review the park as part of our documentary & upcoming travel book. The lady who "greeted" us was very unwelcoming & placed us on a terrible site surrounded by derelict looking permanent residences??? Needless to say, we didn't stay. The rainforest setting on the other side of the park looked lovely. Tried to call to let them know we weren't staying.no answer.

The good thing is the pool nice and seemed clean. Otherwise we felt very unwell and we hadn't the wifi as well as the login/password didn't work. Even when I asked at the reception she just said that I shall change password and login and she doesn't really know she looked annoyed/unfriendly. The second good thing is that I can say I slept in a rainforest.. that's it and won't come back!

DO YOU LIKE POISIONS, SNAKES ,RATS AND NOISE then come on in where i a disabled man WAS ASSAULTED BY BOTH OWNERS brian and Julie , i was woken at 830 sunday morning to the strong smell of chemical poision (i knew the smell as it was in the office when i payed rent last) so I called poision hot line I said is this poision hot line the owner brian burst into my tent he yelled who the f etc are you calling I said what the hell get out how rude we yelled at each other as he walked of 5 min later the two owners and the jeff show his telling I have to leave now I have one hour while he bumped into as his wife yelled abuse at me calling me a fat ugly person I remained calm and walked across the road while being bumped and verbally abused I asked nieghbour to help me move as im a disabled depression ptsd and cant lift heavy things and they continued to abuse me at this point brian had stopped physically assaulting me and continued with verbal abuse Julie told nieghbour not to fn talk to me I continued to remain calm asking them to stop nieghbour said yes I said thanks and went back to pack they finally left me they havent returned the weeks rent I was in front by and I couldn't ask for fear of more abuse im a decent person I've done charity work I'm kind to animals and people I didnt deserve this and it was in no way reasonable for them to react in the way they did to my phone call it was an invasion of privacy theft and two types of assualt on a disabled person I hope it doesnt happen to you .The camp kitchen has disease carring rats all over it nightly leaving there droopings the water is unfiltered bore water and if you dont boil it it will make you sick snakes can be found in toilet from time to time and toilet rolls are sometimes missing 2 out of the three poolside toilets dont flush properly and floors will be wet and slippery for hours after they're cleaned dont even mention the other toilets gag and a young guy drives unlicensed and drunk while he does odd jobs so watch your children and pets theres daily chain sawing, mowing blowers and grinders wifi is a joke. this is honest no exaggeration .there are far better places near by .thanks for taking the time to read this and by all means see for yourself but dont say you weren't warned .best wishes long life and luck to those who support me by not supporting them
