  I can say I've just had the most exhilarating conversation of my life on the phone to Shane (an employee of Gillies). I rang to ask a simple question and was offered not only an exciting response but also inundated with a heaps of exciting information including their free entry until 10:30pm and $5 basics until 11pm, all while Shane was getting just as excited as I was!

  Was there on a Saturday and the place was packed with people! Mainstream party music and decently priced drinks. Good place to party in my opinion!

  Typical backpacket club, it's part of the Gilligan's hostel. There is something going on every day, on Friday and Saturday they have a second floor upstairs.
  The prices for drinks are alright they have specials every night. On weekends before 10 entry is free after that $10.
  You can get an awesome $4 backpacker meal every day.
