The product I was received was nothing like what was depicted in the image. I ordered silver candle holders and they were all missing most of the paint. Well an truly past the "mosaic" look. And the customer service I received when trying to return the faulty goods was awful. Took a long time to respond and rude over the phone when I did get a hold of them

The customer service I received today was as good as it gets. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I arrived with a shopping list and was a bit out of my depth, despite how busy the store was, Romina took my list and helped me through every step. I want to bring my girlfriend back here so she can see all the amazing stock. Thanks to the whole team for a very pleasant experience.

Freight costs!?? Extravagant! Beautiful products that Far North Queensland companies would love to purchase but with a $170 freight charge for a few items - you're loosing a hell out a lot of business because none of us will believe that's reasonable or worth it. We freight up from many companies so I don't know why you find it so difficult to cut freight costs!
