Sam and his team are amazing. From the initial visit by Sam to our home for a quote, to meeting Sam at ATS to choose all the fixtures and tiles etc, it was a great experience all round. Sam made us feel at ease through the whole process and answered any questions I had about the renovation so that I understood everything and treats you like a member of his family. His team are very skilled, considerate and clean up after they are done like it was their own house. They told me what was happening each day the whole way through and always turned up on time. Now that my bathroom renovation is complete, Sam is now coming back to do my laundry and second toilet renovation. I would highly recommend Sam and his wonderful team to everybody as they go that extra step to make the renovation process as smooth as possible and guide you along the way. I am so happy with the finished product and am very excited to see my new laundry and second toilet renovation completed in the next couple of days. Five stars all the way. Kerry Southam

Sam and his team did an excellent job with my laundry renovation. The trades were on point and worked really well together. They have restored my faith in tradies! pricing wise very reasonable. I would highly recommend upgrade bathrooms for anyone doing home remodelling as they also do kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes. I wish I had found this business earlier!

Sam, Rocco and all the boys at Upgrade did a wonderful job renovating our family bathroom. The price was very reasonable and all the work done in only one week just as Sam said it would be. Sam gave me great advice when planning and was so helpful with any questions I had as well as helping us get the tiles and fittings we wanted. All the boys were polite and were very careful with our house.

Could not recommend the guys anymore than I can! To fit us in before Christmas and have work completed in just 4.5 days is a great credit to them! Quality workmanship the whole way through, Rocco, Johnny and Cam were all very respectful and cleaned up after everyday, very reasonable pricing for work and quality fixtures used, would definitely use again!

Sam and his Team from Upgrade Bathrooms are amazing. Sam helped with the design and styling of my ensuite and main bathroom. Both jobs were complete within the time frame given. Sam is a man of his word. All members of Sam's Team were professional and polite and a pleasure to have in my home. They cleaned up after each day and I could not be happier with my new bathrooms. They are absolutely stunning. I would 100% recommend Upgrade Bathrooms.
