Called and emailed Mark at Top Steel Solutions with plans to get a quote on a steel frame for extension plans submitted to council. 7 months later, plans are approved and still no quote or communication. First and very large warning sign not to engage this company. Would have preferred if they didn't want to deal with one off jobs to be told immediately. The rest of the 5 star reviews look like they're made up - absolutely no detail or evidence of transacting.
I would recommend Custom Steel Frames at Dubbo - they are excellent, better quality welded frames, not riveted.

I don't mean to offend, please take the feedback constructively and improve your service. But I'll add it's not up to me to chase YOU when I already went to the trouble to call AND email all my details and requirements through. That's your sales teams job to follow up, not mine. As I said, very poor service if your business can't even respond to people who go to the trouble to call and email you with serious inquiries. I still have the original email sent to Mark which was on the 11th July 2019 - well before we started the project and before he left. I'm happy to provide the email as proof as I still have it. I even referenced our conversation in the opening line.response / report this review -
