I was well satisfied with the latest car service, and appreciated the straight forward pricing. It was convenient to have new tyres provided and fitted in the same single booking at the city location which is just one block back from behind Cairns Central.

A huge thank you to the guys there. We called at 3.30 in the afternoon needing new brakes pads after traveling from Sydney to the tip of Australia and need to get back on the road asap.By 4.30 the same day we were back on the road. Thanks guys you did a great job with excellant customer service. Keep up the great work.

The worst mechanical ever! I just brought my car for a drain and finally I recovered it completely destroyed : there was oil everywhere cause they put to much and the exhaust was destroyed.
They asked me to change the time belt mean while I had already changed it 2 weeks ago and many other things like this one.
Finally there was really a problem with my car but they never talked about it

I've used this place twice in the last year with two different vehicles. The cost is always reasonable but what really sets them apart is the service. They always call when they say they will, they never try to add unnecessary jobs and they always explain the necessary ones. They even offered to keep the place open an extra half hour so I could pick up my car at the end of the day. It's hard to find a good mechanic, so, if you're looking for one, I would recommend going to straight to this place.

I went there yesterday to check one of my Nissan Navara's tyres as it was always getting low air pressure. Also, I wanted to get the wheel balancing and alignment done. It was true that the said tyre had a punch which they had to repair it easily. Instead, they wanted to sell me their tyre. I was locked in. One tyre replacement ended up in two tyres as they wanted to change another one as well. For that, they brought me many reasons which I was forced to decide what they wanted. I did not have any options except buying their tyres at a very exorbitant price. Finally the bill was almost $500 which was unexpected. They ripped me off. I learnt very good lessons from them. One is never go to Kmart tyre services. If I am certain that tyres need to be replaced, the other thing is, before I go, I will check tyre prices in other places, buy from them and keep them handy. Then I wont be disappointing over their high priced yet low quality tyres. Also, I have noticed that all their services are very expensive comparing to other tyre professionals. There was no wheel alignment and balancing report issued.
Most importantly, the crew is really slow as they took 2.5hours of time to do my job which is ridicules.response / report this review -
