  Contact via phone to discuss options, really not helpful and very rude. All too busy to give good service to potential paying customers. Clearly don't need the work.

  told Kent Removalists are good by someone I know, they told me they pack everything and wrap all items if you request it.
  I requested lounges to be bubble wrapped along with bedside tables, which was all noted in the contract that I signed with the total of costs denoted. On the day of removal a truck and two men came and collected my furniture, the items were two lounges, one coffee table, 3 art works, two bedsides, one queen mattress & one fridge. This took them 4 and a half hours. Travel distance was Godwin Beach to Banksia Beach which is less than 7km distance, I was really upset with the time it took as I am paying per hour and felt 4 and a half hours was a joke. The blankets they provide were dirty and not clean, in which they should be clean upon everything furniture removal which they were not, so I was not happy with this either.
  Upon completion I checked in with the drivers on the amounts owing. They checked in at 9:05am and checked out at 1:30pm, they noted on the hand written paper work outside of my signed contract 9:00am - 2:00pm, I told them I was not signing that until they changed it to the real hours, they said they would make me pay for the full hour instead of that half hour I told them no one gets paid money for hours they do not work and that I refuse to pay. I contacted the office myself and they said it was fine to just pay the extra half hour which was correct.
  
  I also noted, the truck drivers on their hand written documentation, tried to charge me a whopping $510 for bubble wrap (yet it stated in my contract to have particular items wrapped specially with no additional costs outside the contract amount). I refused to pay this and he wouldn't let me leave, I told them I would be in contact with their office to dispute this and to refer to my contract. I felt very attacked, violated and almost ripped off.
  
  I wouldn't use this company again in the future and won't recommend them to anyone

  I would highly recommend Kent Removalists. They coordinated our move from Melbourne to Brisbane without us even being in town. They packed up and moved our apartment along with our car and it was such a seamless and process.

  We are moving overseas and had Kent Brisbane pack and ship our items. They were great! Particularly Luke who was our face to face contact. He was very hands on, communicative and professional. I have complete confidence our items will arrive in perfect condition because of the care and attention taken when wrapping/boxing. Good Aussie company with a much deserved positive reputation.
