Had a great experience with City Movers. Ricky and Deep were our removalists and the guys were so careful, skilful at fitting everything in and they did not stop moving!! With so many stairs at both ends it would have been an awful job but they kept a smile the whole time. They deserve a bloody good bonus for that move. 3hrs late with no communication, then when they finally arrived they damaged several pieces of furniture and just dumped it in random rooms. When I was inquiring about where the truck was the customer service woman, Tayana, was a miserable cow who claimed my phone didn't work and told me thats life, I should hire another company if I don't want to wait an extra 3hrs. Absolutely would not recommend.

This was my fourth time moving house and had the best experience with CITY MOVERS, Boys did a great job with handling stuff carefully and finish the job in less than 4 hours which I paid for 7 hours for the same stuff last time to CBD movers. The best thing is there’s no EXTRA CHARGES.

DO NOT USE. This company accidently damaged the tiles in my apartment THEN spilled water from my plants in the carpet of the foyer of my apartment block and kept going. The rudest woman if you have a problem has told me they ARE NOT INSURED!! I have lost my bond will be seeing them in QCAT they REFUSE TO RESPOND!! The most expensive move of my life with so many companies to choose from give this one a miss. DISGUSTED!!!!!!!

Jaz and his colleague were amazing. They were extremely polite and worked so hard and fast and knew exactly how to handle the loads and manoeuvre them into our new premises. I will definitely use this company again.
