  I would like to highly recommend sale Teresa at Rolex boutique in Star Sydney. She's keep following up my request and finally got my dream watch as my New Year and Valentines's day gift. Me and my wife want to give her sincere appreciation for her hard work. We really love the watch and thanks for her patient and enthusiastic service! Hundred percent 5 star sales consultant and recommend her for the others who is looking for your dream watch. Definitely will still get in touch with her for my future favorite watches.

  I visited this boutique on recommendation from a friend. Absolutely delightful experience at Kennedy at The Star. Tiana, the boutique manager, was genuine, understanding and extremely professional. I felt that she really cared about her clients and went above and beyond to help. It was such a refreshingly different experience to other stores in Sydney.
  
  Kudos to the staff (incl Kevin for helping to get the sizing right). Hope to continue this ongoing relationship.

  Though the store is small in size. Theresa and Tiana provide a fantastic level of service which is fitting if the brands. Have recommended family and friends

  Had the pleasure of dealing with Tracey from Kennedy Star. During the whole process she was extremely patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. I cannot fault her customer service in any way - above and beyond!

  I would like to highly recommend my sales Sophie to everyone who would like to buy watch from Kennedy. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional about her job at Jaeger. Not only about her comprehensive understanding about the watch, but also the great after sale service. She sent me a few emails regards how I go with the watch and asked me if i have other questions as well. The journey of buying watch from Sophie is amazing, i would come back to shop more watch with Sophie in the future for sure. Because i really enjoy the buying experience and friendly service.   Whilst I have not yet made a purchase from Kennedy's, I have been highly impressed with the level of service at this boutique. My wife and I visited the store to register an expression of interest in a particular piece. We were served by Richard, who was highly professional, polite and very knowledgeable about the range of fabulous pieces Kennedy offers. As a watch enthusiast, it makes the experience of searching for your next piece so gratifying when you are treated with good service. I highly recommend Kennedy's!
