PBSA used to be in the pack, but is now mostly irrelevant, due to poor ability to keep pace and under-staffing of good techies.
After four years we've had enough!

We have just clicked over 12 months with PBSA at our Garden Centre. We utilise it in our nursery, gift shop and landscape supplies business. Before choosing PBSA we visited a number of other businesses that also had good experiences with PBSA.
We have found once we were comfortable with the software we found it easily to adapt it to our businesses. We have also enjoyed the fact we can communicate directly with their team and not a call centre. We highly recommend PBSA.

We're a small retailer in the cultural sector. We've been with PBSA (physical shop and ecommerce) for 6 years and are very happy with them. Their tech support is consistently great and I'd recommend them to any retailer large or small.

Very happy with the POS equipment & programme we set up in our butcher shop. Darren & staff are always friendly & helpful & I love the help i can get over the phone. Love that they are always improving the programme as well, keeping us updated which benefits us as well. we are happy with our experience overall.
