I live in the United States. I ordered an insert and chain for my YSL clutch . I found this company from a YouTuber doing a conversion video. Nor Amazon or Etsy had what I needed, but this Australian shop is the real deal!!! I'm so thankful for them!!!! Thank you for shopping to the U.S. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. :)

Highly recommend this shop! I ordered a custom made bag organiser for my Celine pico belt bag two years ago, it was the perfect size and the design fit all my needs. I recently also ordered a bag organiser for my Chanel Diana and a strap shortener. It took less than a week for the orders to arrive and the owner was prompt in responses.
