Nice enough staff so no disrespect intended but we had the most incredibly poor customer service time after time. They made mistake after mistake with what should have been a simple transaction. We didn't even get an apology let alone any other kind of compensation. Even getting the refund we were owed was like pulling teeth. A shame we had this experience as nrv's reputation is generally good. 🙁
