Waited 5 mins for sauce and 2 bread rolls. The zinger burger was cold and had no lettuce. The chips were over salted. Overall extremely disappointing as someone who works at a KFC. If I could I would give no stars

I got food poisoning from a piece of undercooked chicken which had hair in it. The chips were bland and barely seasoned. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this KFC. If you are craving KFC go to Prairiewood.

Staff are very rude except the manager who is a nice bloke and very helpful. If it wasn't for the useless workers I'd have given it a 5* rating

Payed for extra sauces, didn't receive them even for the meals it was suppose to come with. Got told to wait for 5mins for wicked wings. Waited almost 20mins. And even then had to ask for the order again. Poor service. Never going back there.

KFC Bonnyrigg are in the need to rethink how to bag orders as well as how many staff are allocated per shift. Food takes too long. Certain drive thru cashiers are very blunt and do not show enthusiasm ( I understand that they are working, but it's every time!!), treating the customers poorly. Added on, the there has been more than one occasion of returning food to get re bagged because they missed the entire order. Not recommended.

Almost always gets an order wrong, can sometimes be really packed but they'll only have one person on the register. My whole family always has trouble with them getting orders wrong, seriously, just go to another KFC if you can help it.
