These guys are fantastic! Great service and very accomodating. I had all of my wisdom teeth removed recently and the staff at Degani went out of their way to ensure that I could eat everything on my plate and made sure it was at the perfect temperature. I actually actively promote this cafe to anybody looking for a great quality coffee that is backed by amazing customer service!

I honestly don't know why this place gets so many negative reviews! I have been to this cafe on numerous occasions and every time the food was perfect and the staff polite and friendly. I tend to be a bit difficult to impress when it comes to quality of food I get at cafes and I have been impressed every time I have eaten here. I honestly don't know what the negative reviews are talking about.

Not quite sure what these other reviews are about because my meals was perfect!
Food was made super quick! Staff were very friendly and happy to help with my deitry questions! The new kid did everything right and then even apologized!

Slow slow slow for an order at counter place coffees and meals very slow to come out. Had to ask for table to be wiped one staff cleaning another table walked right past our very dirty table with her eyes shut obviously!! Food OK when it came and some staff nice but service not welcoming. Will put up with noise in kiosk type places next time.

Rarely go out for breakfast but thought we would do something nice and treat ourselves. What a mistake. Got coffees straight away - they were cold. Almost 40 minutes later got our food. Mine looked bland, husbands was cold!! The only warm thing on the plate were the mushrooms. Paid over $40 for a breakfast that was disappointing to say the least. People were getting their meals before us that came in long after we did. Will never go back there.

Dun even wanna give one star but zero isn't an option. Ordered a steak and specified it to be rare. Turned out to be pretty well-cooked. Talked to the waiter about it but obviously the chef argued it was "medium rare" so it was good enough. The steak itself was tasteless, meat was tough and dry. The broccoli was not cooked at all. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Staff are awesome, but the food needs work.
Nachos with not much salsa, and a lot of butter beans this isn't exactly what I like, but did have a good flavour.
Needs to fix itself now before throwing itself out with a minimal menu.response / report this review -

Very slow (wasn't busy). Salmon was raw on the inside. Husband'a steak sandwich tasted only of butter and cheese.
Been another time, coffee was average and warm. Banana bread was undercooked.
