Slow service and food delivery, 9/10 times the dinning area is always dirty but for the amount of staff working they do the best they can and keep a great positive attitude.

Team member Connah is a star, your lucky if you get him. Other staff are often less enthused but can be nice. The kitchen generally seems to be in kaos, the dining tables aren't cleaned during a rush, burgers and wraps can be a let down but chicken is always great once you finally get it. Drive through service generally seems to be quicker than walk in service.

I am emotionally violated due to the team member named CONNAH, Best service my mother and i have received from any KFC or any restaurant for that matter. He is so polite and our food is amazing! Magnificent 👌👌

Drive thru - Oh my god so slow and when I got home my coleslaw was missing. My husbands 5 piece pack only had 4 pieces of chicken- far out -

If your going at a rushed time, expect a rushed meal. Otherwise if you go at an unpopular time, you will get reasonable service. And if your meals ever wrong just ask them. (I worked for 1.25 years)

Unquestionably the dirtiest store I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. Service is shameful. So bad I had to walk out. Staff look unkempt. The store and staff lack any pride in themselves or the restaurant. There are ample food restaurants in the area that are clean and presentable. Definitely give it a miss. If presentation is so poor what would the food be like. Wanted to give no stars but the lowest it would except is one.

Very greasy.
Also the chicken is usually over cooked and the employees do not listen to directions well. Many times I did not receive parts of my meal or received incorrect meals.

I love KFC, however, unfortunately this is the only franchise in my area, if I had a choice, I'd go to another, food always greasy, gravy never consistant, & chips often way over seasoned. The young staff are always friendly, however, there has been several occassions where my order has been just slapped together with no care, or incomplete & I have to return to get it sorted.
