I love going to cairns central for my haircut.

Myself and family members have been getting haircuts from Just Cuts Cairns Central stylists for over 7 years. Always happy with the level of service and standard of workmanship which they guarantee just in case you are unhappy with something. Dollar for dollar value they equal if not better their competition. I’m surprised to find negative reviews here.

Very surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. I have been getting my hair done by them for years and have never had a problem.
Plus they will redo your hair for free if you're dissatisfied - not that I ever am. Pity you can't choose your hairdresser as I really like Claire.response / report this review -

Was just served by the rudest lady I have ever encountered in retail. Asked if my son could have the male hairdresser to be told he needs to get over himself and it was the silliest thing she had heard all day. Is this really how one should drum up business. Obvously not going anywhere fast in life.

Even negative rating cannot describe how bad my haircut was. I had this Indian girl cutting my hair. I showed her the photo of how I wanted it done. When i saw it was not going so well, I asked her whether she needs to look at the photo again and she refused and said "I am doing everything you have asked me to do". I cannot believe her attitude. She layered my hair and fringe like a messy bird nest. When I complained, the Asian lady said it was perfect. Would you take a look? Do you want my hair? I don't usually leave a bad comment even for bad service. But A girl's hair is like her second face.

This place charges top dollar so you certainly expect quality, but you're just paying extra for the convenience of getting a haircut while you shop at the mall. Has a "burn and turn" feel where your barbers just trying to get you in and out. For a simple men's trim you'd think $31 would make you feel good, and it's hard to tell when you're in the chair if the job was done right, but after a couple days it'll show exactly how much care went into your cut - none went into mine here. Maybe I just caught the barber at a bad time.
