Stand-out customer service! Jupps Karratha put down new carpets for our lounge areas and vinyl plank in our main bedroom a few years ago, and just installed vinyl plank for our other bedrooms on the weekend. The floors look great, and the service was faultless as usual. Super fast turn-around to our quote request and all queries, tradesman was lovely, left not a spec of mess or rubbish behind. Highly recommend!

Useless. Never got back to me after numerois calls. As soon as they asked me what site I was working on they went cold because they weren't doing the job.
