Good location within walking distance of Umpherston Sinkhole. Basic accommodation but comfortable. We'd stay there again, not too expensive for what you get and good for overnight or very short stays

They got a 1 because there are no minus numbers here. The main light didn't have a fluro tube in it because "It has an electrical fault". The room I had was 30 metres from the Pacific Highway. Trucks, road trains all night Bed lamp didn't work. One cupboard wouldn''t close properly and another one wouldn't open. I got a 25% discount voucher for the restaurant. There is no restaurant there !!! The tiny fridge hadn't been defrosted and the freezer was blocked with ice. There was a can of fly spray. When I went to use it, it was stuck to the window sill. When I worked it free, it was empty. There was rat bait and spider baits in the room. I feel sorry for any rats or spiders that stayed there. Parts of the room need a repaint. The bar holding the shower screen was a rusty old bit of metal. The reception area was funny. Once I went there and the sign on the door said it was closed. I could see them in the office, and I walked straight in. Next day, I went there again. The sign on the door said "open". It was locked. The only good thing about it was leaving it.
If you go there and are offered room 33, RUN LIKE HELL

No good if you need to sleep during the day. Noisy highway and timber mills surrounding. No adequate heavy vehicle parking. Only has NRL, movie and kids Austar channels. No Afl or ESPN as advertised. Food to be purchased from restaurant adjacent or overpriced servo next door.

If I could rate minus ten I would. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THE JUBILEE MOTOR INN!!! It is old, very unclean, and has owners who are more concerned about their dollars than their customers. If you do then you will need to contend with hard beds that should of been retired years ago when their springs sprung. If you need more than two rooms for your group then don't expect to be located close together.you will get your exercise in travelling from one side to the other of the hotel just to see each other.

Let's not forget the gurgling toilet that bubbles and pops to the point it sprays water all over the bathroom floor and walls! Hair from other people on the shower walls is always unappreciated as well as showers that look as though they haven't been properly cleaned in the century since it was built. When we told the owner about the toilet spilling onto the floor and gurgling etc the response was "oh that's just because we were full in every room. It only happens a lot when we are full" (quote). This is a health hazard and they don't care! They also only replace bath towels not the bath mats/hand towels. Absolutely appalling!

The Owners of this place do not understand a thing about operating a motel. I cannot express the absolute disappointment this place is, it does not reflect anything you see in their photos.

A great place to stay. Comfortable bed, a relaxing shower, and excellent service. Well prepared food at their restaurant, although the wine list was a little wanting. Great value for money.

We stayed at this Motor Inn as a half way stopover on our way home to Victoria, through a Travel Auction offer.
The Motor Inn although not modern is very comfortable and functional.
The unit although not large was very workable with enough space to store clothes and other essentials.
The bed was comfortable, the small refrigerator did a great job, heating was good and the TV worked well.
The bathroom which included a toilet and shower was workable. The shower was good once you got used to operating the taps to control the water flow.
The location acceptable as it is a short drive to the town centre.
The staff were helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay at this Motor Inn for future visits

Clean with friendsly staff. Cheap price, if all you need is a bed its great, its older but if on a budget. If you require luxury this is not for you.

Received through Travel Auctions, supposed to be a saving, saved $20. Bed was noisy and uncomfortable, restaurant was only opened one night and was very expensive. No room service, bed not made. Not a good experience at all. Colleen and Wayne

We stayed at the Jubilee for a night and were happy. The room and bathroom was a little dated, but comfortable and clean. Wifi and some foxtel channels were a bonus. The manager was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Fairly quiet even though it was packed out. The room was oddly set out, clean enough but so dark, you can't be sure, the lighting was terrible and dull, had to squint to do our makeup. Shower was good though, one of those ones where the water drills through your skin. Bed was definitely not the worst hotel bed I've slept in but not great, but it's fine for crashing into, drunk at 4am.
Decor is everything you would expect for the rating and price.
The people at the front desk were lovely and quite friendly.
