Fel did a fantastic job on changing the door and window locks of my apartment. He was professional, punctual and speedy and the keys work really smoothly. Ashlea at the office was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too.

Absolute fantastic service! I regularly remove or renew clients door locks whilst repainting & have visited on four occasions for help in realigning mechanisms ahead of refitting. The staff have always assisted me with patience & a smile. Thank you again for your great customer service

Excellent shop. They managed to fabricate a replacement spring for an old internal door locking mechanism. All done within a couple of hours of me dropping it off.

Excellent service, they also fixed small missing screw issue or mismatched threads, calm and professional. Down to earth they know their stuff. Quality, but not cheap, I feel they know their stuff. Car keys, wireless car keys, all types of locks, old new etc nothing surprised them .. So far they coped with all my lock, barrell, key changes, fly wire door retro fitting etc. And for car keys I'd go to them.

Went in on a Friday to enquire about getting a car key cut; booked my car in for first appointment the following monday. On the Monday, in and out in 15 minutes. Friendly and capable service from Andy.

Couldn't be happier. Other locksmiths told me how difficult and expensive it would be to provide a new key for the Suzuki.
These guys had it all sorted in half and hour and did it all with a friendly smile.

Legends! Can't recommend highly enough. Marcus had the patience of a saint. The first locksmith company we used gave up and left. Slept on a friend's floor that night with nightmares of having to drill through our apartment door or wall. Called Lockwood to see who they recommended in the morning and these guys were at the top of their list. Marcus promised me he'd get our Lockwood digital dead bolt open and promised me he wouldn't have to drill. He succeeded after more than 2 hours of painstakingly cutting and gradually filing a new key on site and wouldn't take any beer on top of the $145 fee. To me it was a bargain for the service and dedication to a professional job. Thank you Marcus, we still owe you a beer!

Quick and reliable. I'm a returning customer, got a motorcycle key cut last year with no issues. Got a new bike now and sent an email to get a quote. Received a response from John Hasler fairly quick. Dropped by the shop today and John was there and I was in & out within 3 minutes. Great service!

Fast respond and service. On time and friendly staff. I call in the morning at 930am. explain what i need. they confirm their tradesman(Marcus) will be arrive between 12-2pm. Marcus also within the quote time. Very friendly staff. Also job done very fast too.
If anyone ask me suggesting for lock smith service. I will recommend this company.
