I have had this company install 3 ducted reverse cycle airconditioners over the last 25 years at different houses and could not recommend them highly enough. They are a family business who take great pride in their work. Always communicating with the owner so they can make informed decisions. They come when they say, finish the job on time and are honest. I found Joe Cools from looking up which one had the best reviews, and it paid off! I received a quote very quickly, and had the air conditioner installed by the following week. It was all installed within a few hours and with minimal disruption to our day. Professional service all around,, would happily recommend to anyone.

We had a 20 year old ducted system that was close to failing. Damon provided comprehensive advice on what our various options were. Finally we decided to have the existing system completely replaced including the old ducts and vents. The work was scheduled within 10 days of accepting the quote. Damon, Bryce and Gabe arrived as scheduled and carried out the extensive removal and replacement efficiently and expertly in one and a half days with minimal disruption. They were all very happy to discuss any issues as they arose during the job. They all obviously take great pride in their workmanship. Very impressed and would highly recommend Joe Cools to anyone looking to install air conditioning.

Damon and his team are exceptional! Damon was patient and diligent in working through all the heating/cooling options available to me - including consideration of price, quality, effectiveness etc. Truly professional, he attended my place three times to talk through various options without making me feel bad about all my questions. He was thorough and logical. He and his team (Bryce and Gabe) completed my installation within a day - punctual in the morning, drop sheets everywhere so no mess, removed my old ducting and all other traces of the work they did at the end of the day. They even drilled a couple of holes for me as I don't own a drill :) !! You cannot want a better team - these guys are the best. The final product looks fabulous and works brilliantly, exceeding my expectations. As for price - fantastic!! Much less than I anticipated for the whole house to finally be environmentally comfortable. Overall, you won't be disappointed and you won't find a better team for all your heating/cooling/installation needs. Thanks Damon, Bryce and Gabe.
