Really great service, they know their stuff and other jewellers use them so that's good enough for me. Not expensive either so I'm getting all my stuff valued there now for insurance reasons. Highly recommended. Also, read the other review and I have asked, they are GIA trained and certified. He lived in NY to do his course !!!

Not accredited and I had problems with my insurer so had to get another done elsewhere. THEY ARE FRIENDLY BUT DON'T UNDERSTAND ANTIQUE JEWELLERY & OVERVALUED EVERYTHING WHICH MY BROKER TOLD ME WOULD MEAN THAT MY PREMIUMS WOULD BE HIGHER THAN NECCESSARY - NOT HAPPY

I was very pleased with the professional service and how efficient and knowledgeable the valuer was. Clearly his GIA accreditation helps a lot. I will be returning with more insurance claims soon.
