Absolutely appalling. Do not use this company unless you want your items damaged. I picked up 2 wedding dresses that I had cleaned by this company and they had been burnt, marks all over the dresses and they had ripped one of the dresses. I am so upset. $6000 worth of wedding dress. When I told the owner, Kim, that they had been ripped and damaged he said to me "we are already disagreeing on that". He did not no apologise once. I was also given my wedding dresses back to me in someone else's dress bag which had grass and leaves in the bottom of it. I have many photos to show the damage and I am extremely upset that I was not offered compensation for the damage and very upset for the way I was spoken to.
