Absolutely unprofessional! Had an extremely disappointing experience. Originally expected a good outcome as reviews seemed great. Dealing with the booking was fine, however, upon arriving back to the apartment after the end of lease clean was "completed", we were not happy. We tried to buzz in so the staff could let us in easily from upstairs, no answer, so we called them and they told us to wait outside for 5 minutes which we were understanding of. As soon as they let us in the building, the staff (one named Daljeet and we are unaware of the other staffs name) tried to push us to sign the tax invoice/contract straight away (with disclaimers such as not blaming the company for damage, etc.). We asked if it was okay for us to quickly check the apartment first, and the first thing we noticed as soon as we poked our head in was that there was a hole in the wall It was very obvious as to how it happened, as they had put a chair on top of the table, which was placed in the corner of the room, however both staff denied that they did the damage, even though they were the only ones who had access within those 4 hours, and there was no hole when we left the apartment that same day. They continued to deny the damage and ended up calling their manager. We tried to explain the situation, however the manager was not having it. He continuously insisted that the staff did nothing wrong, but how else would the damage have happened within those 4 hours? He did not even try in the slightest to come up with a solution. He just kept asking for the money. It got to the point that I had to suggest how to resolve it - which should be the businesses job, not the customer when the staff did the damage I even suggested that I was happy to pay a majority of the fee and drive to their office location to pay the remainder once they fixed the hole, or for them to help me find a quote. Something, anything, to make up for the damage. Then the manager proceeded to claim that I was complaining because I supposedly didn't want to pay for the service, even though I already had the money sorted and ready for them. It ended with the manager telling my partner to pay whatever we wanted then proceeded to hang up. The apartment was still quite dusty and dirty, but at that time, we had enough of dealing with extremely unprofessional people and would rather clean ourselves. Unacceptable, but we still paid 2/3 of the fee.

I had Cheap and best Cleaning come to my home on 25/11/2020. Bit late in doing review. But I must say what a FANTASTIC JOB these wonderful people did. It was a Monday and I got my bond back Friday same week. I could not see the place as I moved to Wodonga, but my daughter look around and she said they did a fantastic job and i would be very happy. So a big THANK YOU to the people that cleaned.

Very impressed with the overall clean. The carpets and cabinets are all spotless! All the bathroom surfaces were sparkling and the whole place was just like new! The final cost for 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 garage was $570 which included carpet cleaning. They require a $30 deposit at booking then the rest of of the payment upfront.

However, there were a few things that marred the experience:
1. The bottom of the toilet bowls still have some marks on them. -0.5 stars

2. When we went back to inspect the work a few hours after it was completed, ALL the lights and aircon were left on without letting us know. This is unacceptable as imagine if we only came back to inspect the house a few days later, it would've racked up a very high electricity bill. -1 star

3. The two guys who came to clean were not wearing masks. This is just not on, especially since we're in a health crisis. The lady was good though, she had her mask up fully which I appreciate. -1 star

However, Josh gave me a ring the next morning to explain some of these issue. I appreciate the call and his reasoning so I’ll add 0.5 stars for customer service giving a final score of 3 stars.

Overall, it was good work and if they can iron out these issues, I would only recommend them then.

Got a vacate/bond clean at very short notice. Josh and his team were punctual with their responses and arrival times. When the power was unexpectedly shut off, Josh arranged to have the carpet steaming and vacuuming done with less than a days notice.

More than that, he was careful to organise it as early as possible, so the carpet could dry before our property manager would be inspecting. When the power still hadn't been switched on, Josh arranged for a refund on the services they couldn't complete.

Throughout a stressful experience, Josh showed great attention to detail and empathy toward his customer. Would definitely recommend and will be using again!

It was very hard to choose from so many companies but i choose Cheap and best cleaning for my bond back cleaning because of their Good rating and now I think yes they deserve all the 5 stars. Cleaners were so polite and very professional. I was living in my house for five years and i was worried about bond but these cleaners did a amazing job and even house was looking better than when we moved in and real estate released my full bond. Thanks guys

I used Cheap and Best Cleaning for an end of lease clean. Their online questionnaire made it easy to get an accurate and reasonably priced quote.
Josh and his friendly team were punctual, professional and did a great job. It was a thorough clean and they even managed to remove wall and carpet stains I thought were permanent.
I would definitely recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
This’s my second time got service done by ‘ Cheap and best ‘ I must say they are 100% best carpet cleaners in town. My agent was fully satisfied with end of lease cleaning. Wish I could give double stars for them.
