I recently purchased some rubber from this organisation, and the staff there were very polite and helpful, however, Charmaine, stood out from the crowd. She picked up from where another staff member left off, and saved the day, so well done, for being so understanding, even when I was stressed, due to another staff member's inefficiency.

A big thanks, to the young man that went out of his way, and delivered the rubber, on his way home from work, he was friendly and efficient too, (sorry I didn't get his name). What started off not so good, with another staff member, ended well thanks to these lovely people, who just made things happen.
