Wow!! Great over the phone booking mannerism and friendly staff. Even sourced the cheaper tyres for me without even asking.
In store service was just as fantastic.

They have done a good job realigning and balancing my 4X4 wheels on a few occasions. They price matched another tyre stores quote for new Mickey Thompson tyres and fitted them to new wheels I bought elsewhere for my 4X4. They fixed the wheel alignment issue with my partners brand new car that the dealers service department tried to but couldn't. I've been here a few times and will definitely go back to them and recommend them. Good service and best of all, they do a good job the first time.

Terrible service. About 5 nails got stuck into my car tyre. They said that there was nothing they could do about it for some reason. I went to another place, and they removed all nails within a reasonable time period. I highly recommend not going here for tyre repair.

Definitely full 5 stars. Great customer service, and I trust that the quality is good as well. Above all, Leanne the reception lady went above and beyond and really understood customer's needs and requirements. Truly admire her professionalism and would like to recommend this place for my future visits and to friends and relatives

Just had new tyres fitted to my Santa Fe and could not fault the service received. Lee-anne emailed me a quote as requested and after following up with Stuart got an even better price.Tyres were fitted and car was ready on time. Also recommend them to fellow veterans with regard to relevant paperwork (where applicable).

Bought tyres here previously and service was good. Called to book in fitment of new tyres on my M5 but they refused to fit them as I did not buy the tyres from Tyrepower. Went down the road to another local dealer who was more than happy to fit the tyres I had. Very poor business model.

Just had my tyre replaced. They were a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly. Had everything checked up and provided the best and prompt service coupled with good price too! They managed to help my parents to understand everything even though they barely speak english. Randel and the team certainly delivered a 'went and byond'service which I m recommending it to everyone who need it around the area. I appreciate that very much!
