As a long-time frequenter (and purchaser) of Esola, I have been terribly disappointed with the customer service lately. I don't appreciate the 'can't be bothered' attitude, nor the snobby and judgemental demeanour of the sales ladies. I have walked out several times as a direct result of this. There are a lot of amazing jewellery stores in the area that bend over backwards for their customers, so for that reason I will not be returning, nor will I be passing on good words about this place any more. Such a shame.
