Be careful buying any Apple product from them. I bought an iPod pro on 9th March 2017 at Perth duty free. contacted Apple to purchase Applecare for it and was told by Apple that it was sold in August 2016 and did not qualify for applecare. Apple told me they buy the apple products overseas and that is why they do not qualify for Applecare.

I joined a year ago and travelled to Bali three time spending around $300 per trip on duty free only to find no points have been awarded to my account. The number they say you can ring for customer service doesn't work. Not happy.

Don't do it!!! Don't purchase from these guys. I purchased a Samsung S6 in March 2016. The phone malfunctioned and when I contacted Samsung they said it is not an Australian model and so they cant assist!
