I dropped by at 4pm in the arvo, after realising I had a screw puncturing my tyre. I have near new tyres, and was hoping that the punctured one would not need replacing.

The guys took my car from the front of the store, asked me to take a seat, and within 20 minutes my car was parked up at the front again with the puncture repaired. Great service.

This has to be the best place to buy tyres. Just bought three new tyres for the caravan. Good solid advice on what's necessary and friendly professional staff. Excellent pricing as well. We have been to Frank many times over the last 12 years and never had a 'sales pitch' from him, but always honest recommendations and choices based on our vehicles and their usage.

I visited this Tyrepower store on the way home from work because I had a screw puncture in my tyre. I had to listen to the usual old sales pitch.The screw is too close to the edge of the tyre, the patch won't stick, your tyres are worn down to the wire on the inside edge. You will need a new tyre, if you are going to replace one you might as well replace the one on the other side, that way they will wear even, I'll replace them both for a good price.. I had to decline this generous offer. Instead I went to Auto One and purchased myself a $30 Bushranger Heavy Duty Tyre Repair Kit and plugged the bloody tyre myself.

If I didn't know better I would have thought that they were helpful.

I dropped in on thursday with a flat tyre off my wifes car, The side wall looked alittle worn and i thought i would be up for a new tyre.
The service guy checked out the tyre and found it to be a faulty valve, changed the valve ,pumped up the tyre and gave it back to me free of charge.
Its not often you get good service and for free. Thanks heaps, got the wifes car going again.
Will definitely will be coming back to this store when needing new tyres.
