  Mister Fixit.no problem too big or too small. Been using John for years to undo issues and supply new units.Best place for problem solving and follow up by farand the therapy is priceless. :-)
  I have no idea how his wife puts up with him,super patient, anybody who sees the bad side of her must really deserve it.

  Dropped my PC in on Friday and tried to call monday to find they work only Tuesday to Friday. I asked about the damage and was told it had not heen looked at and possibly towards the end of the week to be looked at. As for how long they would have it I had the response from an abrupt woman "we have other work he will get to mine in turn" As this pc is my gaming escap Friday and Saturday night while my disabled son sleeps I was not prepared to wait on such uncertainty as to time factor. If she had said a week to finish i would have accepted that but obviously they have so much work she can be so abrupt and not care. Geek mobile coming out today if its my mother board it will be only a day or so for parts and up and running.. if not it could be fixed today. I am appauled at this womans smart arse attitude

  I went to Jon with a computer that was dead in every way, shape and form just looking for a diagnostic as every time i tried to fix it, i just made things worse. After telling me off extensively, he handed back it back a week later working better than it ever has. He went several extra miles to ensure i couldnt break it again. Its hard to express how above and beyond he went and i cant recommend him enough. I always thought i knew computers but jon has banned me from fiddling with it and did everything to have me set up and ready to go at an unbeleivably reasonable price. 6.7/5 stars

  John certainly knows his stuff and after being stuffed around by the larger shops, you can always see John and not be fobbed off to whomever is available to serve you. Thank you John for your great service and advice.

  I'm yet to meet someone in the computer game, who has the level of knowledge and experience that John has. Great service and the best quality equipment for any price range. "If I wouldn't use it, then I sure as hell wouldn't sell it"
  
  You may find somewhere cheaper, though if I have learned anything working 15 in this industry, is that advice from someone who knows what their talking about is worth anything.
  
  If I could only recommend 1 person, it would most definitely be John at PC DOCTOR
